SheetGlide Terms of Use
The app
SheetGlide is an iOS app published by Humuli that turns sheet music you provide into an interactive score with a keyboard under each line, and plays it back. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
Recognition is automatic
Notes are read from your pages by software, and software gets notes wrong: a missed accidental, a dropped measure, a chord shifted by a bar. Hand assignment and finger numbers are suggestions, not the composer's marks unless the sheet carried them. Always compare with the original, which the app keeps one tap away. SheetGlide is a practice aid, not a substitute for the printed score or for a teacher.
Your sheet music
Only upload scores you have the right to use. Scores you bring remain yours; you give us permission to store and process them solely to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not publish, share or distribute them. If a rights holder tells us a score was uploaded without permission, we may remove it.
Subscriptions
- SheetGlide Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged on confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is charged within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies — we cannot issue them. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Fair use
Do not reverse-engineer the app, resell access, upload material you have no right to, or use the service in a way that interferes with anyone else's. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
Converting scores needs an internet connection and may be slower or unavailable during maintenance or outages; scores already in your library keep working. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will say so in advance.
Liability
SheetGlide is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from using it, including from an inaccurate transcription. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated above and surfaced in the app. Continuing to use SheetGlide after that means you accept them.
